Salary: $120,000 + 12.5% superannuation

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead a clinical team at a 128-bed residential aged care facility in Perth. With a supportive environment and a full handover from the retiring Clinical Nurse Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant and dynamic care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Facility Manager to maintain high standards of care and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and evaluation processes.
• Lead a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Assistants, fostering a person-centered approach to care.
• Ensure resources are efficiently utilized to meet resident needs.
• Drive clinical quality improvements, manage clinical KPIs, and address unmet needs effectively.
• Promote staff education and development to maintain a skilled and competent workforce.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Proven ability to manage clinical KPIs and resolve unmet needs.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach.
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• A commitment to upholding high standards of care and compliance.
